Here are some frequently asked questions.
Is a deposit required when hiring our EWP equipment?
As a first time customer, we require a deposit prior to releasing the equipment however, as a return customer with a satisfactory track record, we will invoice you upon completion.
what about transportation?
Our 19 foot scissor lift comes with a trailer and can be towed with your own vehicle. Other scissor lifts will need to be transported with your own vehicle solutions or alternatively call us to arrange a delivery quote from a third party. Please note there is no loading ramp onsite.
What does 24/7 support cover?
We offer 24/7 support via an ‘on call’ services with the aim of getting you back to work sooner. Richley Rentals will offer assistance over the phone and if unable to be resolved, we will have a breakdown mechanic that will attend site at their earliest convenience.
Do you provide wet hire services?
Richley Rentals does not hire operators with our scissor lift and EWP equipment, but our 24/7 support service offers instructions over the phone.
